To be eligible for the member rate, you must be a Cedarcroft property owner, hold or co-share title to the boat, have registration & insurance documents that match a Cedarcroft address and be a Cedarcroft Club member in good standing before a Marina Rental Agreement Form will be approved.  Otherwise non-member rates will apply.  Boats must be registered & insured prior to admission into marina.  All applications are subject to Harbormaster approval.

All slips come with shared electric & water.  Cleats for bulkhead are available upon request.  Fish filet station is located at the west end of the walkway.  Restrooms are available in the clubhouse only when there are no scheduled events.  Portable restroom is located on the beach May thru October.  Space in our marina is limited so slips are available on a first come, first-served basis.  Not all boats fit in all slips due to water depth, beam & LOA however we do try our best to accommodate every boater.
