The Cedarcroft Club is a member-run not-for-profit community organization that has been adding value to the Cedarcroft Community since 1940.
The By-Laws established when the Club was organized calls for a Board of Directors consisting of 12 Directors who are Club Members in good standing. Each Director serves a 3 year term and every Fall four of the 12 Director positions open up for reelection. In addition, Members who wish to assist the Board but do not wish to commit to being on the Board are welcome to join in a non-voting role as an Advisor. The Board is always eager to have as many Members as possible participate in the management and operation of the Club in order fulfill it's role of enhancing Community life in our great little community.
