How To Rent

Six Easy Steps To Renting

Step 1: Check Availability using our Clubhouse Events Calendar.

Step 2: Refer to the Rental Rates Chart to determine the cost of your rental. Add applicable refundable                                   security deposit.

Step 3: Email Rentals@CedarcroftClub.org to discuss your event with our planner.

Step 4: Download, read and complete both of the following:

• Cedarcroft Rental Use License. Complete your contact information at the top of Page 1, and fill in Sections 2, 4A, 6 and initial each box on Attachment 1. Sign as Licensee on Page 6.

Step 5: Mail the:

• Completed Rental Use Agreement and Addendum for Covid-19
  
• Homeowners Insurance Declaration Page
  
• One Payment check (including rental fee and security deposit) made out to "Cedarcroft Club" to:

Step 6: When your form is processed, you will receive a Rental Confirmation email from the Cedarcroft Club.  NOTE:               Your event is not confirmed until you receive the Confirmation email.
