Cheryl Reynolds Linck is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Florida and Texas. She is also a licensed attorney (retired) in New Jersey, New York and Florida.  She earned degrees in urban planning/community development and a doctorate in law from Rutgers University.

Cheryl is in the top 3% of Realtors® in the US having earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Cheryl also obtained the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation from NAR, giving her advanced training in real estate marketing. She is licensed as a real estate instructor in New Jersey and Florida and a retired Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator in Florida.

After practicing real estate and computer law for a decade, Cheryl returned to real estate brokerage in 1989. Since then, she has held management/broker/counsel positions in several multi-million dollar real estate companies: Operations Manager for Gloria Nilson Realtors (9 years), Director of Florida Operations for Diane Turton Realtors (2 years) and Vice-President/Corporate Counsel for Illustrated Properties in South Florida (12 years). She also owned and managed real estate brokerage and development companies in New Jersey, Florida and Texas with her husband, Bruce Linck. She has expertise in all aspects of real estate brokerage, management, development and investment.
